Arnstein & Lehr Chicago Partner Erik L. Kantz chaired a panel of experts at the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section annual meeting in San Francisco entitled, “Take My Advice: Using Board Observers and Advisors to Gain Perspective and Increase Value.” The program was designed to identify and address legal and business issues affecting companies and executives who currently use, or are considering using, advisors and advisory boards to assist in corporate governance. Practical Law Company also has engaged Mr. Kantz to author a practice note on the topic for its online and print publications.
